Throughout several years I have trained with players of different categories and developed an approach to help them improve as basketball players.
HELPING FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS
HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS
INDIVIDUAL HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Individual 60 minutes long workouts which develop mastered skills, improve technical deficiencies and teach advanced technical and tactical aspects.
TECHNICAL BOOSTER WORKOUTS
Small group workouts which complement what players perform in their clubs to develop their basketball skills.
FOLLOW-UP AND IMPROVEMENT OF ELITE PLAYERS PROGRAM
It is a follow-up program that analyses players’ games in order to develop their strengths and detect weak points by proposing solutions for their technical game and tactics to improve its performance.
Such program is a long-term process, for half or one season.
Consists of:
- Analysis of 5 matches and/or trainings.
- 5 tutorials supported by a video in which different actions of a player are analysed.
- Proposed drills to improve technical skills from self-training
- Provision of audiovisual material that fits the needs of a player
